You should tell ''1'' to tell off her parents and let her do some things freely, I don't mean like in a harsh way or so, just so that 1 and 2 can date. But they shouldn't date, I think they should get to know each other first, it's the best thing to do before getting serious. And don't be afraid to tell your parents, they might be able to help, because it never hurts to try. Ask a parent for help,they always know what to do when it comes to this, and ask your parents to go talk to 1's parents and try to comprehend each other's feelings and what the real situation is. They deserve to know what the truth is, don't hide it. I mean it's the only option left. Take my word for it.
