Who is Agent X in the television show Chuck? Conjectures?

I think that Agent X isn't an actually person but a weapon designed to work like the intersect or that has something to do with the Intersect. We know that Alexi Volkoff feared whoever Agent X is but we also know that Agent X has something to do with the computer that Elle is in the middle of cracking. The end of episode 19 makes me think that Agent X is either Elle or something she does using the Intersect to make Chuck Agent X. Also as we saw in episode 19, there were a bunch of files called 'Agent X Files' which show pictues of body scans, brain scans and the whole nine yards which makes me think that Agent X is actually a potential weapon Orion had in mind to take down Volkoff
