Freightliner Century problem?

I have a 2001 century. Automatic with clutch. Every morning it starts up fine when i turn they key in the ignition but later on in the day it will not start. I have to start it with a wrench with the solenoid but then it doesn't shifts or anything. The last 6 of my vin is g98521
